The Protector print depicts Mokosh, the Slavic Mother Goddess that watches over women, weavers, the earth and fate.
She brings the abundance that comes when you are sheltered and have what you need.
​​
She also represents coolness and moisture, bringing water to our righteous anger and cooling our bodies.
​
This depiction is a translation of a traditional embroidery pattern into a block print format.
